Underneath the Plumbubble imagery are Rob and Josie Sharpless, better known around here as Bob and Betty.
Rob spent almost twenty years earning a Maryland Master Plumber license the slow way, one crawl space and one 2 a.m. call at a time. Rob is what happens when you hand that kind of experience a personality loud enough to match it.
Josie is the reason a call to Plumbubble gets a person instead of a hold-music loop. We call her Betty, and she gets to take the credit while doing a fraction of the work.
What started as a side job in the summer of 2024 became Rob’s full-time work by January 2025, once it was clear homeowners needed more of him than nights and weekends could give. What began as two people and one van has grown into a business, a cape, a clipboard, and a purpose.
